She plays a vital role in answering phone calls, handling inquiries and emails, making meaningful connections within the community, and supporting networking and marketing efforts.

With a keen eye for detail, Kala also tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gather valuable insights on inquiries and client interactions, helping The Grief Refuge continuously improve and expand its reach. In addition, she assists Julia Hollenbeck, LPC-S, with social media marketing, ensuring that the message of healing and support reaches those who need it most.
