EMBRACE Grief Retreat: Heal Your Heart, Reclaim Your Peace

Are You Ready to Move Forward From Grief, but Don’t Know How?

  • Have you been struggling to find a way to process and heal from your grief?

  • Are feelings of sadness, anger, or confusion preventing you from finding peace and balance?

  • Do you crave a supportive space where you can find healing, restoration, and a sense of renewal?

I know just how hard it is to be pondering and sitting in grief. I've experienced so many losses of my own, including divorce, death of close family members and friends, aging parents, traumatic incidents and more.

I realized just how different each of these losses are from one another. But at the same time, each of these things are grief and significant losses that have impacted my life. I understand where you are at! Further, my experience and work in grief has helped guide many others through their pain and suffering.

Featuring Jules Parkin
LMFT, RYT

Jules Parkin, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher, uses practices such as grounding, breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, and restorative yoga to help you reveal the intrinsic power that you hold. Working together, Jules will help you nurture the mind-body connection and incorporate practices that support you in your life journey.

Jules also utilizes Reiki, an ancient energy healing relaxation technique, and is certified in it. She enjoys using restorative yoga with clients, a gentle, slow-paced practice involving the use of props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets. It can help elicit our natural relaxation response, that will shift our nervous system from “fight, flight, freeze, fawn” to “rest and digest”.
