Q: How does the business coaching work?
A: Business coaching includes one-on-one sessions where we cover everything from setting up your practice, marketing strategies, client acquisition, financial planning, and more. We tailor the coaching to your specific needs and goals.
Q: Can I receive supervision and business coaching if I am still working towards my LPC licensure?
A: Absolutely! Our program is designed to support LPC Associates at any stage of their journey, whether you are just starting or nearing the completion of your supervision hours.
Q: What if I have no business background?
A: No problem! Our coaching program is designed to teach you the fundamental business skills needed to run a successful practice, regardless of your prior experience.
Q: How often do we meet for supervision and coaching sessions?
A: We typically meet 2x’s per month triadically and engage in 2-hour group supervision sessions per month. In addition, you will have a 1 hour business coaching sessions per month.
Q: What kind of support can I expect outside of scheduled sessions?
A: You’ll have access to resources, templates, and a community forum where you can ask questions and receive support from peers and myself between sessions.
